1) What is this service ?
www.ifeelclub.com enables it's customers to send mobile video greeting directly on someone's mobile and/or email.
2) What is a mobile video greeting ?
A mobile video greeting is a greeting card which is delivered directly on mobile phone and plays out as a 20-30 second video with your wish.
3) How it is different from e-greetings ?
An e-greeting is delivered via email. Mobile greeting is delivered via sms on cell phone and plays out as a full 30 second video on cell.
4) Why should I use ifeelclub's mobile video greetings instead of e-greetings ?
E-greetings get buried in emails. They can be blocked by firewalls and go to spam folder. A person has to be doing email access to watch your e-greetings. They are never video based as video files are large and take time to download.
Mobile video greetings are delivered INSTANTLY as sms. Receiver clicks on the greeting card link and your video card plays out directly on the cell.
5) How does the receiver get my video card ?
Ifeelclub delivers your mobile video greeting directly on receiver's handset as sms with an embedded video card link. Once the user clicks on the link, the video card is downloaded on the handset and plays out as a 20-30 second video.
6) Are there any special handset requirements for someone to view my greetings ?
A receiver should have a data (GPRS) enabled handset to download and view the greetings directly on mobile. They should have a Video enabled or Multimedia handset.
7) Can my greeting card be watched on-line on PC ?
Yes. If you enter email address of receiver, we will also deliver your video card as an email. The greeting card can then be played on PC.
8) Which countries do you support ?
At present, we are able to deliver mobile video greetings to any mobile subscriber in India only.
9) How do I send greetings on mobile to countries other than India ?
For other countries, you can send the video card to your email and then take the greeting card link and send it as a sms to any phone using your mobile handset.
10) Do you have an iPhone App. ?
We are working on an iPhone app and will be releasing one very shortly. Stay tuned.
About Using The Service
1) How do I get started ?
Register on site and authenticate your email id. Buy the subscription package most suitable for your needs and you are all set to send mobile video greetings worldwide.
2) What modes of payment do you support ?
We use third party secure payment gateways, CCAvenue and Paypal. These gateways support all the popular on-line payment mechanisms in a secure manner. Indian customers should use CCAvenue and international customers should use Paypal.
3) What if I can not use on-line payment ? Can I pay by other means ?
Yes. You can mail us a cheque. Please follow the following steps:

Register and authenticate your registration.

Send us a crossed cheque for the subscription amount in the name of Samadhan Systems (Pvt.) Ltd.

On the back of cheque write your email id (used for registration), name and contact number.

Courier to our address (refer Contact Us for mailing address)
We will enable your subscription within 3 working days of receiving the cheque, subject to realization of the cheque amount.
4) Can I preview a greeting before sending ?
Yes. Just click on thumbnail for the greeting you want to preview. The complete video card will playout in the video playback window.
5) How do I send a video greeting ?
Click on "Send Now" button after you have selected and previewed the greeting card you want to send.
6) Can I maintain an address book ?
Yes. In the Send Video dialogue, check on "Save to Address Book" to add receiver to your address book
7) Can I send to multiple receiver's at the same time ?
Yes. In Send Video dialogue, click on Address Book. Select the people you want to send it to. Type your message and send. A video greeting will be delivered to each of the receipient.
8) Where can I see my subscription details ?
After login, go to Profile and click on Subscription Details. You can also get a log of all the video greetings you have sent.
9) How can I send customized video greeting ?
You can enter your personal message in Send Video dialogue which will be delivered to user as an sms/email. We are also working on more customization options which we will share with you in near future.
